About SportIQ

SportIQ is an Australian sports media platform operated by SportIQ (ABN 95 321 172 973). We publish sports news, analysis, scores and interactive tools across leagues including the NBA, NFL, MLS, MLB and the FIFA World Cup.

AI-generated content

A large amount of our content is generated by artificial intelligence and may be combined with third-party sports data. We work hard to make it useful, but:

• it can contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information, and may not always reflect real events;
• it is provided for general information and entertainment only;
• it is notbetting, financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Don’t rely on it to place bets or make decisions — always check an official source.

Using the site

When using SportIQ, you agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• scrape, copy or republish our content at scale without our written permission;
• interfere with the site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorised access.

Our content and brand

The SportIQ name, logo and the look and feel of the site are ours. Articles and other materials we publish are protected by copyright. You can read and share links freely, and quote short extracts with credit, but you can’t reproduce substantial parts commercially without our permission.

Third-party data and links

Scores, statistics, logos and imagery are supplied by third parties such as api-sports.io and remain the property of their respective owners. We may link to other websites; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.

If you join our waitlist, you consent to receiving launch and update emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email is set out in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don’t guarantee that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Subject to those rights, to the maximum extent permitted by law SportIQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content (including AI-generated content).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
